Please note from October 2007, there will be a small fee
for the photographs. The whole amount will go towards CRY charity http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/
- Cardiac Risk in the Young. A minimum donation of £1.50 per image
is suggested and cheques are to be payable to CRY. The charity is able
to get an additional 28p to each pound donated by cheque. Please send
cheques with your email address and the image filenames you would like
and we will email the images to you in the full size upon receipt of your
cheque. The photos on the site are a fifth of the original size so the
quality will be much better than seen. Click

Event Report Available. Slight delay on photos
A full report can now be read - found in the "Event
Reports" section. Apologies for the slight delay in publishing the
photos on the website. This is now being worked on and all the photos
will be available by the end of weekend.
We would be grateful if you would comment on the event
held last Sunday. This is a valuable opportunity to improve on the organisation
for furture events.
The next Croydon 10k and 3k Race will be held next October.
The date will be announced by the end of the year.

New Course Records Set
A great Senior time of 30:51 for Michael Skinner of Blackheath
& Bromley Harriers beating John Kimaiyo's time of 32:18 in October
2006. There have also been a number of own course records beaten on the
current course. David Earl (V70) improved on his time by 22 seconds whilst
in the 3k, Emma Barlow cut down her time by 36 seconds. A full report
will follow soon in the "Event Reports" section.

Well done to all those who took part today and a big thanks to all those
who helped and supported today's event
It was a good day for running a 10k and 3k. The weather
was just right for all runners this morning. There was a great atmosphere
around. Well done to all those who took part today and a big thanks to

Late Entries will be taken tomorrow morning from 8.30am
at the Assembly area. If you have entered, please collect your Race Information
Pack and Race Number from the Late Entries/Info Desk. Please leave enough
time. It wil be busy.

Photos for October 2007
Up to now we have provided full size, image quality of
all photos taken at Croydon 10k events and in good faith made them available
for you as a free download. From October 2007, we are going to charge
a small fee for these and all monies raised will go towards the CRY charity
- Cardiac Risk in the
Young A donation of £1 per photo is recommended. The download
to view from the Photos section will be available but will be masked.
If you would like a photo we will email this to you for you either to
print yourself or take it into a shop. An email address will be available
to send your requests to shortly after the event. Requests should inlcude
the Image reference, your Name and Email Address. Payment details wil
be advised.
